The following back exercises are design to release the muscle tension responsible for back pain. They are targeting four key areas: The low back, middle back, neck and hamstrings. You’ll need two grapefruit-sized flexible balls. You’ll also need to concentrate on breathing.
The Payoof: Incorporate these six exercises into your daily routine and change your comport level forever. Every day, do any three of these moves for a total of 15 minutes.
